SHIPPING POLICY
At B-Reeze Baits, we work hard to get your order out as quickly as possible. All orders are processed and shipped within 3–5 business days after your order has been successfully placed.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation with tracking information so you can follow your package every step of the way. Shipping times may vary depending on your location and the carrier.
Please double-check your shipping information at checkout, as we are not responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect addresses.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Due to the nature of our products, we currently do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged or defective.
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We will gladly work with you to make it right.
